Mutual confirmation

Turn your past work into verified proof.

Invite clients and partners to confirm. Use the same records on your profile, website, and proposals — public only after both sides agree.

For AEC, specialist contractors, agencies, and consulting. Browse the labelled demo.

One record, every surface

Written once. Rendered everywhere it is needed.

Embed once and configure from the dashboard. Every surface below is a route you can open today.

  • Testimonials on your own site

The words the author wrote, rendered on your page. You cannot edit them — nor can we.

    /api/v1/companies/[slug]/testimonials

  • Partners and the logo wall

Only companies that confirmed you. A new confirmation appears without anyone touching the code.

    /api/v1/companies/[slug]/partners

  • The verification mark

Domain proof and mutual confirmation. There is no price that buys it and no tier printed beside it.

    /api/badge/[slug]

  • Your public profile

What a buyer sees when they look you up: confirmed records, or no file. Never a rating.

    /c/[slug]

  • A one-pager for proposals

The same records laid out for print, so a reference list can be attached to a bid.

    /c/[slug]/one-pager

  • The public API

Companies, partners, references, case studies and testimonials — documented, and open to read.

How a record is made

Nobody writes their own record.

One adds, the other decides. Nothing reaches a visitor in between.

Pending

You add them. They confirm. Only then does the record go live.

Integrations

The same record, in the tools you already use.

Bookings via Calendly or Cal.com on your profile. Alerts in your Slack — partnership requests can be accepted from the channel. Drive the same record from Cursor or Claude over MCP.

Where it pays off

Made for the moments project work is won.

For AEC, specialist contractors, agencies, and consulting.

  • Proposals

    The client

Attach a confirmed reference list or one-pager. The client checks every record before the first meeting.

  • Tenders

    The awarding body

Answer reference requirements with records the other side confirmed — not a list you wrote yourself.

  • Sales

    The prospect

Prospects see who you have actually delivered for on your public profile — before the first call.

  • Procurement

    Vendor management

A vendor check resolves to a plain answer: a confirmed record, or no file. Never a paid badge.

Two sides

Hansala

Two companies. One confirmation.

Proof, not promises

We don’t print logos we don’t have.

Every record is confirmed by both companies — including ours. Browse the labelled demo to see what a buyer sees.

Architecture & engineering

Show the delivery network behind every project — each firm confirmed by the other side.

Shared case studies appear on both profiles.

Construction & contracting

Subcontractors appear confirmed on the lead firm’s page — visible to clients who already trust that network.

One record, published on both sides.

The share moment

Send one link. Bring the whole team.

Confirmed partners and projects travel with every proposal, pitch, and introduction — the same facts, wherever you send them.

Plans

The record is free. Pro is reach.

Free keeps the record. Pro puts it in front of people — on your own site, in proposals, and through the API. Full comparison on Pricing.

HansalaVerified

Earned, not bought

On both plans. No price buys the mark.

Free

€0

Confirmed records stay free. The badge is earned, not bought.

  • Company profile with domain verification badge
  • Unlimited mutual confirmations (partners, references, projects)
  • Standard website embeds
  • 1 team seat (owner)

Distribution — embeds, analytics and the API — is what Pro adds.

Pro

Most teams

€79 / month

Everything in Free, plus distribution and team seats.

  • Premium embeds and widget studio
  • Full profile analytics
  • Agent API and webhooks
  • Branded one-pager for proposals
  • Up to 25 team seats

The mark is domain proof and mutual confirmation. There is no price that buys it, and no plan that prints a tier beside it on your visitor’s screen.

Trust

The record protects both sides.

Policies and company identity are public — the same standard we ask of every profile on Hansala.

Two confirmations, or private
Nothing about another company goes public until that company confirms it. Pending stays visible only to you.
Verification is domain proof
Verified means the company controls its business domain or approved identity — not that Hansala guarantees service quality.
Author text is locked
What a client writes cannot be edited by the company that receives it — not from the dashboard, not through the API.
Disputes come off the record
A disputed record leaves public view while both sides resolve it privately. Nothing negative is ever published.

FAQ

The rules, in plain language.

Confirmation, visibility, the badge, and what stays free.

How does mutual confirmation work?

Both companies have to click confirm. A partnership, reference, or case study only goes public once the other side agrees — nobody can confirm their own record.

Who can see my partnerships?

Only confirmed partnerships appear on your public page. Anything pending stays private until the other company confirms it.

What does “Verified” mean?

Verified means the company controls its business domain or approved identity — via email domain, DNS, or a meta tag. It does not mean Hansala guarantees the quality of its services. The badge is not a paid tier and is never for sale.

Is it free?

Yes. Your profile, confirmations, and case studies stay free. Pro unlocks premium embeds, full analytics, Agent API, branded one-pagers, and team seats.

See if a company already has a file.

Search any company. You will find confirmed records, or nothing at all — and nothing is not a mark against anyone.
